‘Inspire’ has been designed to support and develop independent learning and leadership. It builds on the core curriculum and presents in a way that finds resonance with that target audience.
‘Inspiring Enterprise’ is based on encouraging students to be resilient, innovative and intellectually curious – all key characteristics of entrepreneurs. The programme provides opportunities for learners to think and act in enterprising ways, students learn to develop skills such as problem solving, decision making and evaluating risks.

Px2 and STEPS teaches the art and science of goal-setting, combined with a thorough understanding of just how we think, participants come away with self-confidence, self-esteem and a strong ethical centre. It is one thing to know “the right thing,” it’s quite another to have the confidence to act on it. The challenge is to build strength of character, and strong self-belief, so that participants can stand up against these influences and maintain confidence in their own decisions.
This is a method of support in which same-age or older children are trained to support their peers in learning. It provides educational benefits for both the mentors and mentees and is seen by many as one of the most effective, enjoyable and practical ways in which to deliver individual learning.
Our established Summer provision offers a high quality programme which is both interactive and engaging; a combination of curricular themed activities which includes numeracy, literacy and science as well as sports and performing arts, all delivered in a creative way.
